John Burling, Director of Carac International Ltd, developed the TrackGrip excavator track attachment as an effective solution for operating safely and efficiently on challenging terrains. Inspired by a personal experience involving a safety incident, Burling recognized the industry’s need for improved site safety, leading to the creation of TrackGrip.
